Where we train

The bulk of training is done at the Channahon Park District Heritage Crossing Fieldhouse.

A variety of classes are offered daily through the park district, throughout the day, to accommodate your busy schedule.  I personally teach spinning classes, yoga, FitKid classes, Fun with Running summer camps, Sport Specific Speed Training and my favorite...Turbulence Training.
