Turbulence Training
Get H.I.T.T (High Intensity Turbulence Training)
A time-efficient, research proven workout that boosts muscle growth and torches body fat. H.I.T.T. consists of heavy weights, low reps to boost metabolic function and burn fat. It is designed to get you in and out of the gym in less time with better results.
Currently meeting small groups (teams of 5 or more). Call to reserve your spot.
Cost $5.00 drop in fee.

Personal Training

Packages include strength training sessions, plyometric training, metabolic training, nutritional counseling, stretching detail, and lots of sweat!
Package Details:
1 pack = one session (Don't expect much in the way of results with one session. Just being honest!)
5 pack = five sessions (Results will start, but usually don't stay)
10 pack = you get the picture! (Now you are seeing some change and are excited for more)
20 pack = need I explain? (Great stuff happens here.....need I explain more?)

Sport Specific Speed Clinics
Long term athletic development is the goal. Building solid retention, a solid foundation for growth and a solid concept for understanding training.
Sprinting is all about force production and application. Training protocols are based around building each individual athlete to procuce MAXIMUM FORCE TO THE GROUND.
The pygmalion effect is used....Building better self esteem, confidence and an all-around stronger athlete by placing positive and constructive expectations on each athlete.
$25/session $15/sibling rate

Pacer Test
This multistage fitness test, also known as the 20m shuttle run test or bleep test, is a simple approach
for testing aerobic fitness. The athletes score is the level and number of shuttles reached before they are
unable to keep up with the recording. VO2Max is the maximum volume of oexygen that the body can consume during intense, whole-body exercise.
We also test curl up and push up. It is fun to watch these numbers change the more "fit" we become.
Who is going to be the first one to beat me???
